Shipping policy
Delivery:
A minimum order of 6 bottles is required for complimentary delivery. For orders outside of the UK mainland, please email us for surcharges, rates and customised orders: shop@creationwines.com
Delivery instructions:
In the event that nobody is present at your specified delivery address, please ensure you have left clear instructions for delivery during the process of placing your orders. Examples are: ’‘leave on the front porch” or "by the back door".
Secure payment:
Creation does not have access to credit card details and operates all online payments through Shopify Pay. If you are struggling to complete payment, please email us: shop@creationwines.com.
18 and over:
You must be 18 years or older to place an order with Creation Wines. When placing an order you are confirming that you meet the minimum legal age requirement.
Non-delivery:
Should there be a problem with your order in the period between dispatch and delivery we will send a replacement order as soon as we are able. Please communicate damages or non-delivery within a week of your order date.
Gift orders:
We love to help you send wines as a gift. Please email us on shop@creationwines.com with clear instructions for your gift.
Breakages:
Should there be a breakage of your wines in transit, please send us a photograph on shop@creationwines.com and we will send a replacement as soon as we are able.
Cancellations:
Please email us on shop@creationwines.com if you would like to cancel your order before delivery has occurred.
Creation reserves the right to cancel an order we cannot deliver. All monies paid will be refunded in this instance.
Privacy policy:
We collect personal information when you purchase from this website, enabling us to deliver your orders. Through placing your orders you consent to Creation’s use of this data, made only available to our logistics partners to ensure delivery.
We do send out communication via email, should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please click unsubscribe at the foot of our emails.
